Here are some useful tips for planning your camp site:- Book in advance: Tuscany is a very popular destination, so make sure you book your stay at Camping RadaEtrusca in advance to secure a place if you plan to stay for a week or more, or if you plan to rent a bungalow/mobile home.
- Make a list of what to bring: before you leave, make a list of all the essentials you will need to take with you, such as toothbrush, swimming costume, tent, sleeping bag, camping cooker, etc. Make sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. If you forget something you can always find it in the camp's minimarket, but it is better if you buy the camping tools first, possibly in a non-tourist area...

Staying by the sea at 'Camping RadaEtrusca': do you need to book?
Anyone interested in mobile homes should always make a reservation.In the case of new bookings, the best time to book a week's holiday or more in our mobile homes by the sea is from the beginning of March onwards.
If, on the other hand, you wish to reconfirm a mobile home stay, which is the same as the previous year (same period - same cottage), the campsite will reserve that place until the end of February, after which, in the absence of your re-confirmation, the cottage will again be considered bookable by others.
If you are staying in a tent or camper van or caravan, booking is possible if your stay is one week or longer. For shorter stays we will give you the availability of the place on arrival (you can try to call us to find out if there is room, but not to book).

- What is the best period for camping in Tuscany? The best period for camping in Tuscany depends on your personal preferences. Spring and autumn offer milder temperatures and much less crowding than summer, but summer is ideal for those who love the heat and sun.
- Is it possible to hire camping equipment at Camping RadaEtrusca? No, it is not possible to hire camping equipment at Camping RadaEtrusca. You must bring your own tents, sleeping bags and cookers.
- Is it possible to have a reserved place on the beach with a sunbed and parasol? The beach in front of the campsite is free and it is forbidden to place umbrellas and sun loungers there before seven o'clock in the morning, as in the rest of the free Italian beaches. In the evening, the entire beach must be left completely clear, also to allow for cleaning.
